What was your impression when you first heard about KIMOTO?

To be honest, I cannot say I fully understood KIMOTO until I was offered the position of Outside Auditor.

Through our conversations, I was greatly impressed by the company's journey, which began with the purpose of providing film development services for aerial photogrammetry and evolved into a manufacturing service company handling both high-performance materials and digital data.

I strongly sense that this is a company that continuously evolves and challenges itself, using the technologies and expertise cultivated over many years as a source of competitiveness, with a foundation of solid management and on-site capabilities.

Please tell us the reason you accepted the appointment as Outside Auditor.

I joined my current company as a new graduate and have been involved in sales on the front lines for many years.
Currently, I am responsible for sales strategy promotion and approach my work from the perspective of how to leverage the power of the organization and its people.

Amidst this, when I received the offer to become an Outside Auditor this time, I felt it could be an opportunity to give back to society in a new way, utilizing the experience and knowledge I have cultivated so far.

Furthermore, I deeply resonate with KIMOTO's approach of practicing management based on human capital and aiming for sustainable growth through reforms in human resources and work styles.

I accepted the position with the hope that I could contribute to KIMOTO's growth by leveraging my past experience.

As an Outside Auditor, what perspectives do you intend to prioritize when observing KIMOTO in the future?

At KIMOTO, which continues to evolve while valuing human capital, as an Outside Auditor, I intend to focus not only on outcomes but also on the decision-making processes that lead to them.

Furthermore, as a listed company, I also want to prioritize whether the company's vision is communicated consistently and is easily understandable from the perspectives of the market, shareholders, and investors.

I will strive to provide appropriate advice that supports KIMOTO's sustainable growth, also leveraging my experience at a securities company.

Please tell us about any beliefs or values that have been cherished in your work so far.

The phrase I value is "Mutual Respect and Mutual Prosperity."

Above all, I value relationships where we respect each other, enhance each other, grow together, and prosper together.

Continuing challenges with a positive attitude.
And I hold as a belief fostering an environment where we can hone each other's skills, never forgetting gratitude towards myself and those I work with.

I also value the spirit of "Sanpo Yoshi" (Good for three parties) as a guiding principle for my daily actions.

Please tell us what you expect from KIMOTO.

I strongly resonated with the fact that each employee is valued, and their thoughts and challenges have been connected to the company's growth, upon assuming my position.

I hope that KIMOTO's initiatives, centered on people, will continue to be rooted in the workplace and lead to further growth.

I myself, as an external Auditor, would like to support and watch over its progress from an appropriate perspective.
