Environmentally friendly production
This coating machine is noted for its waste-free coating, which also considers environmental concerns.
This is possible thanks to compact coating
With a processing width of 300 mm to 800 mm, the COMPACT COATERhas a compact design compared to ordinary production machines (1000 mm to 1600 mm). As a result, the amount of liquid and film used can be reduced by about 30% when compared in terms of processing width.
Additionally, it accommodates small-lot production, minimizing production loss and material waste, enabling efficient and waste-free coating. Consequently, it significantly contributes to waste reduction and allows for environmentally conscious production.

With the manufacturing technology and experience we have cultivated as a functional film manufacturer, we realize film processing that meets customer needs from test coating, sample production, and customized processing to product development and production.
Flow until shipment
We will use the requested substrate and liquid for coating with ourCOMPACT COATER. We can take care of everything from material arrangement to liquid production, coating, and finishing.
After procuring materials and conducting formulation design and performance evaluation, we manufacture the liquid and perform coating.
After coating, we proceed with post-processes such as curing, followed by finishing steps like slitting, cutting, and inspection, then packaging and shipping.

Coating Method
We accommodate the application of liquids with a wide range of properties, from thin to thick films and low to high viscosity, using various coating methods such as die coating and gravure coating.
Furthermore, by devising liquid delivery methods, we can uniformly apply liquids containing particles with high specific gravity. Through KIMOTO's coating technology tailored to various applications, we propose the optimal coating methods to meet customer needs.

We accommodate everything from the proposal of custom liquids tailored to the desired functions and coating methods, including coatings designed by KIMOTO, to production.
