Wet Coating
This is a technology for uniformly coating resins dissolved in organic solvents or liquids onto a base film.
A coating containing fine particles is applied to the smooth surface of the film, and by drying the solvent, shapes corresponding to the fine particles are formed. KIMOTOWe develop products with a variety of surface properties using uniquely formulated coatings and advanced coating technologies.
At KIMOTO, we consistently handle every step of functional film production in-house, from design (structure, coating material) to coating material manufacturing (mixing, dispersion, synthesis), coating, finishing (slitting, cutting), and evaluation (testing, analysis).
In particular, our core strengths in coating design and production are formulation technology, dispersion technology, and synthesis technology.
