INABE SDGs 4T PROJECT "Enjoy with All Five Senses! Nature, Food, and Technology Experience"
Held

On Saturday, November 1, 2025, KIMOTO Co., Ltd. (Mie Plant, Factory 3) hosted the INABE SDGs 4T PROJECT "Enjoy with All Five Senses! Nature, Food, and Technology Experience - An Exciting Adventure with Flowers, Rice, and AR."
On the day, nine families of elementary school students and their parents from Inabe City participated.
Through activities such as making rice balls using KIMOTO Farm's "Harvest Century Rice," picking experiences at KIMOTO Dahlia Garden, and AR experiences using tablets, families enjoyed a day of learning about SDGs and connections with the local community.

About the INABE SDGs 4T PROJECT

The "INABE SDGs 4T PROJECT" is a series of experiential workshops implemented by Inabe City, Mie Prefecture, which has been selected as an SDGs Future City, in collaboration with local companies.
Valuing "realizing SDGs through daily life and real experiences," diverse programs themed around environment, manufacturing, sports, and more are held throughout the year, centered on the four "T's": "Touch," "To Make," "Think," and "Tell."
This program was held as the 50th installment in the series, marking KIMOTO's first participation.

An experiential program connecting nature and technology

Following the introduction of KIMOTO's initiatives at the event, we conducted an AR game experience utilizing digital twin technology, dahlia picking to appreciate nature's blessings, and rice ball making.

The children shared their impressions with smiles, saying "AR was fun," "The rice was very delicious," and "The flowers were very beautiful."
It became a time to experience the relationship between nature and manufacturing while using all five senses.
