This year marks the 68th anniversary of our founding and the 26th anniversary of our public listing.

Looking back, 24 years have passed since the passing of our founding president in December 1992 and our over-the-counter listing in January 1994. In June 2009, I received the baton of president from my seniors, but my appointment was not a predetermined course.
Since the company name, the founding president, and my name are all KIMOTO, it is often mistaken for a family-run business. However, I am the only person in KIMOTO who carries the bloodline of Kimoto. While I do not oppose family-run businesses, both the founding president, the founding family, and I share the belief that 'a company is not personal property.'
Understanding the DNA of KIMOTO, rooted in its founding spirit, talented individuals worldwide have embarked on new challenges and are growing into invaluable assets. KIMOTO is evolving into a more mature company.

In the current era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, it has become increasingly difficult to leverage past experiences.
Our talented individuals, equipped with ethics and a sense of justice, have begun taking actions to initiate change rather than merely responding to it.
One of the major goals is a three-day workweek.

As the leader of KIMOTO, I will strive wholeheartedly to ensure that our fans and employees can achieve greater happiness. I would be grateful for your continued support.
