Consolidated results for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April 2024 to March 2025) continued to show increased revenue and profits compared to the previous fiscal year.

In the film business, high-value-added products for transportation and communication equipment, as well as products used in manufacturing processes, continued to perform steadily and contributed to profits. While maintaining this growth, we will strengthen sales activities to expand the market for as many products as possible in new markets. During this quarter, we participated in exhibitions in China and Germany. To create new business opportunities, we will actively expand our sales activities worldwide.

In the digital twin business, we received multiple orders for tasks such as creating drawings using UAV laser measurements and point cloud data in response to the Noto Peninsula earthquake and river flooding. Additionally, the demand for utilizing point cloud data is expanding beyond disaster response, and in the manufacturing DX field, we are proposing the use of point cloud data to the automotive industry. During this quarter, we participated in exhibitions and open houses under the theme of 'factory restructuring,' proposing total services for [measuring], [creating], and [viewing] through the utilization of point cloud data. Through these new initiatives, we aim to contribute to solving social issues by providing value in disaster response, manufacturing DX, and further utilization of point cloud data.

In the Technology Division, we are promoting flexible work styles not bound by location, aiming to quadruple output (number of developed products commercialized). We have also introduced a service to 'visualize' greenhouse gas emissions, enabling faster submission of environmental data and concretizing CO2 reduction measures to respond to accelerating global environmental regulations. Through these efforts, we aim to improve productivity and realize a sustainable society while promoting new product development and factory DX, striving to expand sales of high-value-added products and strengthen compliance with environmental regulations.

As for other initiatives, we held a dahlia picking event at the KIMOTO Dahlia Garden at Mie Plant again this year. We would like to thank everyone who participated. We will continue to actively hold events and hold forums for dialogue with a wide range of stakeholders, including KIMOTO fans, in order to deepen mutual trust and grow together.

Finally, we would like to announce that we have been awarded 3.5 stars in NIKKEI Sustainable Management Survey, Smart Work Edition . We owe this recognition to everyone who has supported us on a daily basis, and for that we would like to express our sincere gratitude. Encouraged by this, we will continue to work hard to create an environment where each employee can shine and to contribute to a sustainable society.

We kindly ask for the continued support of all KIMOTO fans.
