Please share your aspirations upon assuming the position of Director.

I would like to leverage the knowledge and various experiences accumulated over the past 30 years to dramatically improve digital twin technology based on information technology and contribute to performance. Furthermore, I aim to once again integrate digital twin technology with coating technology to create a new type of film coating factory. And I want to work on horizontally deploying that know-how.
We will strive to improve the environment and society for the happy lives of our shareholders, employees, and their families.

What is your mission?

I believe that dramatically improving digital twin technology is the most important mission.
Building technology that can be deployed worldwide and an order system for the global market are important challenges.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?

I have experience in jobs related to topographic surveying, map editing, image processing, and databases. In the process, I have directly handled data evolving from analog to digital operations and from two-dimensional to three-dimensional, gaining a deep understanding of data creation technology and data operation systems. However, I lack knowledge in manufacturing technologies like our company's coating technology and the construction industry, so I intend to acquire it.

What is the most memorable thing about your work so far?

The work style reform towards a self-reliant decentralized organization is the most memorable.

Do you have a vision for the future of KIMOTO?

The ideal is to become a company, 'Digital KIMOTO,' that uses information technology for film coating, automates factories with IoT, and develops many new products to do business with technology.
