Background of the Evaluation: Promoting Human Resource Activity through Work Style Reform x DX
Our company began work style reform in 2009. Under the principle of "zero-based reform," we have been advancing the creation of an environment where each employee can work autonomously.
In recent years, we have been promoting the following initiatives.
・Business process optimization based on the premise of AI utilization by all employees
・Implementation of global leadership development training where diverse talents learn together
・Enhancement of communication through cross-organizational promotion of digital transformation (DX)
Through these initiatives, we are advancing the development of an environment where diverse talents can demonstrate their abilities, regardless of gender, nationality, age, or other factors.
KIMOTO's Concept of "Human-Centric Reform"
Our company believes that "people" are the driving force behind corporate growth.
Therefore, we place importance not only on establishing systems and frameworks but also on fostering a culture where employees themselves can think and take action.
Moving forward, we will continue our "human-centric" reforms to realize an environment where all employees can thrive, transcending boundaries such as race, nationality, gender, educational background, and age.
Future developments
By leveraging the expertise we have cultivated in work style reform and DX promotion, we will widely communicate our initiatives to society as a new model for work styles in the manufacturing industry.
Furthermore, for companies facing similar challenges, we will contribute to promoting work style reform and manufacturing DX through our consulting services.
