This survey has been conducted by the Nihon Keizai Shimbun since 2017, targeting listed companies and major unlisted companies nationwide, and is evaluated on a five-star scale based on three elements: human resource utilization, human resource investment, and technology utilization.
In the recent survey, our company received individual ratings of 'Talent Utilization: S,' 'Talent Investment: A+,' and 'Technology Utilization: S,' and was awarded an overall rating of 3.5 stars.

Since 2009, we have been promoting reforms from an all-encompassing perspective, advancing under a self-distributed organization while incorporating the latest ICT technologies from scratch in work style and workflow reforms. The most important and unchanging element at the core of this evolution is 'people,' and the growth of our employees supports our reforms.

In April this year, we launched a new group management Ver.1.0 with three representatives. The KIMOTO Group is uniting in the same direction, advancing management that transcends barriers of nationality, educational background, gender, and age. Moving forward, we will continue to actively create opportunities for employees to demonstrate their abilities, such as through multi-skilling and internal platform activities, so that each employee can shine in a flexible work style.
