Gradually Expanding Our Organic Farming Initiatives
KIMOTO Farm has been growing rice since 2011 and fully transitioned to cultivation based on Organic JAS certification standards in 2024.
We grow rice without relying on pesticides or chemical fertilizers, carefully managing every step from seedling production to harvest.
Following the Shiozaki field last year, certification now also covers the Shobuwaki field this year.
We will continue our efforts one step at a time, striving for sustainable agriculture in harmony with water, soil, and living things while prioritizing peace of mind at the table.
