We will answer the questions and feedback we received regarding the FY2024 Q2 Financial Results Briefing held on Thursday, November 16, 2023.

Thank you very much for your valuable feedback.
We will take your feedback into consideration for the future and kindly ask for your continued support.
Q-1. Please tell us about your medium- to long-term performance outlook and management strategy.

A-1. We announced our medium-term management plan in May 2022, but the situation has changed drastically since the latter half of last year. Under such circumstances, we believe it is difficult to present profit plans for three or five years ahead. However, we are steadily implementing the initiatives outlined in the medium-term management plan.
Q-2. Please tell us about your measures to achieve management that considers capital costs and stock prices.

A-2. We are gradually proceeding with the ¥4.5 billion capital investment announced in the medium-term management plan. Moving forward, we will focus our investments on areas that lead to innovation, such as environmental measures and DX (digital transformation). Regarding stock prices, we believe they are currently low due to unsatisfactory business performance. By improving our performance, we expect stock prices to follow suit, and we will work as a united company to return to normal operations.
Q-3. We request a report on the results of stock price analysis.

A-3. As mentioned in A-2, we believe stock prices are influenced by business performance. We will consider delivering the analysis results to you in future updates. Additionally, we will promote PR activities about our company’s initiatives to increase our fan base, which we believe will contribute to stock price growth.

Q-4. In the film business, the automotive sector is performing well. What measures have proven effective?

A-4. We believe that maintaining consistent worldwide contact with suppliers has led to new projects.
Q-5. With electronic components and devices on a downward trend, you mentioned increasing the sales ratio of automotive-related products. What are the current and future ratios you aim for?

A-5. Currently, the ratio is 60% for electronic industrial materials and 30% for automotive-related products. Moving forward, we aim to achieve a more balanced composition.
Q-6. Regarding the fourfold increase in new development output, do new products correlate with sales?

A-6. In terms of development projects, the number of automotive-related items aimed at increasing the sales ratio is growing. Additionally, development projects related to surrounding needs are also increasing.
