　Our Managing Director and Representative Director, Motoko Yamada, will be a speaker at the seminar event "Kaisha no Mirai College 2025 Nagoya" held at Port Messe Nagoya on the following date.

KIMOTO, a manufacturing company with a 70-year history, has been working on "people-centered workflow reform" since 2009, promoting company-wide business transformation such as reducing paper and Excel-based tasks, reforming systems, and automating operations. As a result, all desk workers, including those in indirect departments at the factory, now work fully remotely.
These practical initiatives were recognized, and in 2025, we received the "NIKKEI Smart Work Awards 2025 Best Mid-sized Company Prize." In this presentation, we will introduce how KIMOTO has advanced its reforms, sharing real-life examples.
