Adhesive Film for Photomask Protection KIMOTECT™

KIMOTECT™is a protective film for photomasks for PCB.
By laminating it on the surface of the photomask, it protects against scratches and dirt.
It leaves no adhesive residue and has excellent re-peelability, enhancing the durability of the photomask and improving work efficiency.

Characteristics

Protective film for dry film

  • A.S. (Anti-Static) treatment prevents dirt and dust from adhering.
  • It can be removed again without leaving any adhesive residue.
  • Using the matte type improves adhesion and vacuum drawing properties.

Liquid resist protective film

  • Liquid resist ink is less likely to adhere, making cleaning easy.
  • Using the matte type improves adhesion and vacuum drawing properties.

Highly durable protective film

  • Liquid resist ink is less likely to adhere, enhancing the durability of the protective film compared to conventional products.

Fine pattern protection film

  • Increasing the thickness of the adhesive layer improves adhesion to film and glass masks.
