From this year, 'Minori no Hyakunenmai' has been reborn.
This rice has been cultivated from scratch by our own hands, aiming for organic JAS certification, without the use of any pesticides or chemical fertilizers, starting from seedling production.
We are committed to organic farming with the desire to deliver safe and delicious rice to everyone and to contribute to the realization of an environmentally friendly society.
Organic farming requires significant time, effort, and various innovations to maintain soil health. Since no pesticides are used, weed control has been particularly challenging. However, we have faced nature head-on, sparing no effort and continuously experimenting to find solutions.

Additionally, at Kimoto Farm, we calculate the taste score for each area every year and use that data for the following year. This year's taste scores, resulting from our careful and dedicated cultivation efforts, ranged from 71 to 92 points, with some plots achieving a record high score of 92 points.
We take this as encouragement to continue our daily efforts with care and dedication to deliver even more environmentally friendly, safe, and delicious rice to everyone.
