The interview was held in a peaceful atmosphere.

From the start in 2009 to the present, and up to the introduction of a three-day weekend system,
We received a wide range of questions from reporters.

Listening to Chairman Kimoto's very polite and clear responses to the reporters, I was reminded that it has been a decade of truly various initiatives, starting from eliminating personal desks, to introducing free seating, abolishing 120 company cars, implementing a free address system, super flex time, and more.

Time flies, and with the COVID-19 pandemic, KIMOTO's workflow reform has moved to the NEXT stage. We will continue to excitedly advance into the unknown reforms together!
