With the introduction of remote work and super-flexible schedules, allowing the choice of work location on any given day, the way we work has diversified.

This time, we will introduce the 'Attendance Management System,' which also serves as an internal communication tool.

I can't connect to the phone... Huh? where are you today?

With the start of free seating, the 'designated places' where people were supposed to be have disappeared.

Where is the person I want to talk to, or did they even come to the office today?

So it's a bit of a search (laughs).

I want a system that can immediately tell me where Ms. A is.

In response to such demands, SKI, our group company in China, developed the 'Attendance Management System'.

When you arrive at work, you choose your seat for the day.

Isn't it just about managing attendance? There are also nice effects♪

Entering and checking attendance locations can be easily done from built-in touch panels or personal PCs. It was first introduced at the Saitama head office and, starting in 2014, has been operational in offices nationwide, including remote work situations.

For example, it greatly contributes to the activation of communication, such as wondering who is sitting in that seat, or deciding to speak to someone you have talked to on the phone but have never met.
