You've heard of flextime, but what is 'super flex'?

At KIMOTO, we have introduced super flex without setting core hours like 'you must work during this time'.

As long as you meet the total working hours for the month, you can work according to your schedule, such as 'I'll work 5 hours today and make up for it by working 9 hours tomorrow!'

The reasons and environments for using flextime vary, such as avoiding rush hour, picking up children from daycare, early social gatherings, hobbies, etc., but now you can work in a style that suits you, free from the constraints of traditional 'time'.
