New Regulations 'KIMOTO LINE' ~No.1~

Through workflow reform, we will deliver information about our newly established regulation 'KIMOTO LINE' in two parts.

At KIMOTO, due to the workflow reform that has been in place since 2009, our way of working has significantly changed, and the existing regulations no longer match our way of working.

To align with current work styles and aim for regulations that allow employees to work with new ideas without being constrained by rules, we launched the "Jubilee Project." This project was formed, requiring female thinking power and flexible ideas.

Then, after four years, the existing regulations were completely abolished, and the new regulation 'KIMOTO LINE' was born.

Jubilee is named after the 'Jubilee Line' subway that runs through London, UK. Like this line, it aims for regulations that intersect with each department, allowing employees to work more comfortably.

Based on this value, the company and individuals, like two rails, are aimed at the same goal, with the hope of moving towards the future while maintaining a balance between them.
