New Regulations 'KIMOTO LINE' ~No.2~

We will deliver how our new regulations came into being.

The project first considered it necessary to grasp the current state of the regulations and conducted hearings on employees' understanding and frequency of use. The answers that came from many employees were 'difficult to understand' and 'I don't know where to find the information I want to know,' making us realize that it was indeed difficult to understand.

Therefore, we stopped revising the old regulations, which were over 500 pages, and started from scratch to think simply about 'What is really necessary for KIMOTO now?!', gathering and compiling only what was truly necessary.

The regulations, which were over 500 pages, were reborn into just 5 pages.

And what was born was the 'KIMOTO LINE' and '17 Guidelines', condensed into just 5 pages.

'KIMOTO LINE' highlights important information for employees at work, and '17 Guidelines' compile information necessary for operation. It was structured to minimize expression through text alone, list the information people want to know, and make it easy for employees to understand.

Going forward, 'KIMOTO LINE' will continue to change flexibly along with our way of working.
