Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Film for Industrial Use Prosave™ is an adhesive film for manufacturing sites such as electronic electronic components, named after the idea of "saving the process".
It has very little glue residue, making it ideal for processing electronic components and for temporary fixing and carrier applications during shipping. Stable adhesion performance and high work efficiency ensure the quality of the product. In addition, it is an adhesive film that can be customized in a variety of ways according to applications and issues, and flexibly responds to the requirements of electronic component manufacturers.

Clean environment specifications

The Prosave series is manufactured in a class 1000* cleanroom.
Responding to high cleanliness requirements for applications that dislike dust and dirt, the adhesive has undergone multiple tests to achieve stable performance.
Uses PET separators and plastic cores that do not produce paper dust, suitable for advanced clean environments during electronic component manufacturing.
From the production line, we conduct inspections with cameras, as well as visual inspections by special inspectors who have cleared certification tests, and thorough quality control.


*Class 1000: A space defined as having 1000 or fewer particles of 0.5 microns or larger per cubic foot.
